I started off researching some photos that had photo manipulation in it trying to help me come up of a idea i could use for my own work. I found a lot of different styles that i could try and use.

i also likes the way he's uses fishes out of water floating in the air but they all have a different purpose/ feel to them.
Irene Z aka Miraccoon, native from Estonia, has been heavily influenced by famous surrealists such as Salvador Dali. Its neo-surrealist artwork is a combination of classic surrealist symbolism with modern fantasy, Gothic and visionary tendencies.
His works are a remarkable visual record of their thoughts, opinions conceptual philosophical fantasies and dreams. Often travelling to the subconscious, the end result of the viewer’s hand is not always comfortable or conventional: there is a great deal of tension and alienation, but not without an underlying tranquillity.

I really like the first 2 backgrounds of his images, especially the first one with the cloud and the nice bright blue shining mountain in the back, and the reflective water at the bottom. it has 3 distinctive layers all with a a different feel.

How can we accept that we are changing?How can we accept we hardly recognize ourselves in certain situations? I am changing at this very moment of my life. I do not react in the same ways I used to. I am surprised. Is that me? These pictures are the way I see myself now. My shadow is there but I erase myself because I don´t know who I am any longer.The shoes remain only to make sure there is something more than… a shadow.
i like these photograph because they photoshop out what would normally be the main subject and leave just the shadow and the plain environment he is in. its real simple but really effective and can have a strong message
